We are located in the Capital One Building on the corner of Sip and Bergen Avenues on the south side of Journal Square. The entrance is located on Bergen Avenue. We are located in suite 801.

*If you are visiting CDM Institute before 8a.m. or after 6p.m. please use your ATM or major credit card to enter the building. Next to the ATM machine you will see a call box. Press 801 followed by the call button and you will be buzzed in. If you do not have a bank/credit card please call when you are outside and we will be more than happy to come get you.

Driving

From NJ 3 East
Follow signs for I 495/ Lincoln Tunnel. Stay in right lane after getting on I 495. Take Kennedy Boulevard Exit. Continue up hill to traffic light and turn right onto Kennedy Boulevard at Toys "R" Us. Follow Kennedy Boulevard for 3.4 miles into the Journal Square area. CDM Institute is located near the intersection of Sip Avenue and Bergen Avenue. Our entrance is on Bergen Ave.

From NJ Turnpike I 95 South
Follow signs for Lincoln Tunnel. Exit at Interchange 17 Lincoln Tunnel/Secaucus. Continue toward Lincoln Tunnel. Take Kennedy Boulevard Exit. Continue up hill to traffic light and turn right onto Kennedy Boulevard at Toys "R" Us. Follow Kennedy Boulevard for 3.4 miles into the Journal Square area. CDM Institute is located near the intersection of Sip Avenue and Bergen Avenue. Our entrance is on Bergen Ave.

From NJ Turnpike I 95 North and I 78
In the Newark Liberty International Airport area, follow signs for I 78 Holland Tunnel. Travel on I 78 to Exit 14C Holland Tunnel. After paying toll, use Grand Street Exit. Continue down ramp to Montgomery Street at traffic light and turn left. Travel on Montgomery Street 0.8 mile, go into right-turn-only lane and turn right onto Bergen Avenue. Continue on Bergen Avenue 0.5 mile to the Journal Square area. CDM Institute is located near the intersection of Sip Avenue and Bergen Avenue. Our entrance is on Bergen Ave.

From US 1-9 North (Pulaski Skyway)
Use the Tonnele Avenue Exit in Jersey City. Turn right at the first opportunity (one block before the traffic light). Go one block and turn left onto St. Pauls Avenue. Continue 0.2 mile to the second traffic light and turn right onto Kennedy Boulevard. Travel 0.3 mile to the fourth traffic light, which is Pavonia Avenue at the Journal Square Transportation Center. CDM Institute is located near the intersection of Sip Avenue and Bergen Avenue. Our entrance is on Bergen Ave.
