Program Objective: To train the student in the operation of AutoCAD software to enhance professional job opportunities within civil, structural, mechanical and architectural applications. To enable the student to re-enter the workforce.
Program Prerequisites: A high school diploma, an interview with a school administrator and employment in a design, engineering or drafting position or possession of sufficient occupational competencies is required.
Program Description: The AutoCAD Drafting program provides in-depth and comprehensive exposure to an
AutoCAD class offered at any of our CDM training schools in NJ - New Jersey and PA - Pennsylvania
in which civil, structural, mechanical and architectural applications are covered. It emphasizes the most commonly used commands and features to produce typical on the job drawings. An abundance of open lab time ensures a solid working knowledge of the software. Each class also includes an introduction to Autodesk's Architectural Desktop software application.
