CDM Institute offers free lifetime placement assistance to all Career Training program graduates. Our Career Development Office works actively with graduates to assist them in securing meaningful employment consistent with their field of study. If you have a need for well trained professionals, from current graduates through those very experienced in their field, contact the Office for immediate assistance.

CDM also has a division called CAD On Demand that provides drafting and design services on a project basis.

In today´s uncertain economic climate it is often prudent to hire on a project basis instead of incurring the cost and inconvenience of hiring salaried employees on your own. CAD on Demand was established to respond to this need.

CAD on Demand has a program that can help you achieve these objectives in an easy and cost effective way. We have a roster of drafters and designers on-call to meet your needs. Our drafters will first become familiar with your CAD standards, and then they will stand ready to assist you in your projects.

Various degrees of experience and rates
Our drafters/designers range in experience from novice drafters to experienced design professionals with many years of experience in architectural, mechanical, civil and electrical applications.

Cost effective CAD operators
For those times when you have a need for basic drafting, you’ll find that we have some eager AutoCAD drafters at very competitive rates. You can rest assured that they have had excellent training, are proficient at 2D and 3D Autodesk software and have a solid base understanding of a variety of design applications.

Computer equipped and proficient in CAD
We offer our drafter/designers fully equipped with computer and software licenses if needed. Their software expertise includes Autodesk products like AutoCAD 2000, AutoCAD 2002, Autodesk Architectural Desktop, Mechanical Desktop, Inventor and 3D Studio VIZ.

Flexible hours
The hours and length of time they can work are flexible. Our assignees stand ready for short term or long term project and can work almost any hours.
